The nature of your personal data relationship with 2GrowHR varies depending on how you engage with us and use our products and services (collectively referred to as “Services”). You may be:

(iii) an employee, agent, representative, or appointee of a Customer using the relevant service (“User”).

Personal and Non-Personal Information:
We collect two types of data: Non-personal Information and Personal Information. Non-personal Information is gathered while users are using the Service or the Website, and does not reveal the user’s identity. It includes technical and behavioral information such as IP address, browser type, screen resolution, clickstream, and time spent on a page.
We gather Personal Information in two ways: through information provided voluntarily by the Customer, end user, or their administrator, and through the use of the 2GrowHR platform. This information includes a range of personal details such as name, birthdate, job title, phone number, bank account details, salary and payment information, tax code, emergency contact details, termination date and reason, IP address, and other unique identifiers. Customers can also choose to collect additional information from their users.
Our Mobile Apps do not request or access location-based data from your device. However, if you are using the 2GrowHR Mobile App, your employer may activate location tracking for timekeeping purposes. If you apply for a job at 2GrowHR through the Site, you may provide your location information by selecting the “Locate me” button.
If our Customer (Employer) uses the optional Time and Attendance module, we will store and process the biometric device logs of the users to calculate attendance and payroll based on the Customer’s settings. The information collected includes employee or attendance ID and timestamps of punches (in and out entries).
We may ask for permission to access your device’s camera and photo storage when using our Mobile Apps, solely for the purpose of taking and uploading pictures, and only with your consent. Furthermore, we gather device information, such as hardware usage details and operating system version, when you use our Mobile Apps, in accordance with our contractual obligation to provide the Services.
Third Party Services :
You may access Third Party Services through the Site by clicking on links to them, but we are not accountable for their privacy policies and practices. It is your responsibility to read and comprehend the privacy policies of those Third Party Services.
Information shared with service-providers and sub-processors:
We share your information with third-party service providers who are authorized to use your Personal Information only to provide necessary services to us. These services include email services for marketing communications, mapping services, customer service or support, and cloud computing infrastructure.
We hire third-party entities to perform tasks on our behalf, such as email service providers and mapping service providers. These Sub-Processors are authorized to use your information only as necessary to assist us in providing you with our Services. We have onward transfer agreements in place between 2GrowHR and each Sub-Processor to ensure the protection of your information.
Information disclosed for protection:
Customers can request information about data storage and retention through an Audit.
2GrowHR retains data for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations.
Users are responsible for keeping backups of their data.
After termination of services, data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
2GrowHR retains metadata and statistical information for business purposes.
Customers may retain personal information and data about an end user.
Contracts and billing information may be retained for at least 5 years after termination.
2GrowHR ensures the security of the Service and Users’ Personal Information through strict implementation and enforcement of security policies to prevent unauthorized access, loss, modification, or disclosure of personal data. Policies are monitored continuously to ensure compliance.
