  • Kick-Off Meeting

    Initial discussion on the Requirement, previous challenges faced, and to encounter for smoother functionality. 

  • Data Collection

    Data Collection as per SANeForce format from your side

  • Allocating onboarding support

    Separate onboarding support spoc will be given for further support.

  • Site Deployment & Ensure Stability

    Site Launching, Database creation, Security and Backup Configuration. Our technical team will be working on hosting the program in the server. While ensuring the backup, security and firewall. And also we will be maintaining a disaster recovery

  • Master Data Upload

    Our Data entry team will be working on the uploading of masters data which includes all data. Then our team will be creating the hierarchy list as well as provided from the client side.

  • Strategy Functional Discussion

    Functional discussion to freeze the requirement and timeline for the development of customizations will be provided between SANeForce & your team.

  • Testing & Account Launching

    Evaluation Process - Data testing & acceptance from your team lead to the next stage of an implementation plan. Launch the application with your database for the Mobile and web app along with the configuration ID and License Key.

  • Online Training Services

    Every user that you have paid for will be given with username and password whereas training service will be provided by many possibilities.

  • Technical Support Services

    Many supportive documents like user manual and videos will be provided along with various support channels. (Voice Call Support-  Multilingual, Email Ticketing System, Support escalation matrix system).

  • Full-Scale Roll Out

    After the system is live, we will implement all the modules mentioned in the proposal as per the priority given by the client side
